Resin Concrete Pipe for Sewer Construction Method JSWAS K-12
High strength, high durability, and resistant to internal water pressure! Multifunctional sewer pipes.
"Resin concrete pipes" are pipes formed by centrifugal force using resin concrete, which is made by mixing aggregates and fillers with synthetic resin (polymer) without any use of cement, along with reinforcing materials (rebar). They can be used in locations where both internal and external pressures act simultaneously, such as rainwater storage pipes, siphon pipes, and agricultural pipelines. Additionally, there are three types: the RS type with the thinnest wall thickness, the RT type with the same inner diameter and wall thickness as concrete pipes, and the RM type which has the same outer diameter as concrete pipes but a larger actual inner diameter. Depending on the construction conditions, selection can be made from the economical RS type to the RT type for difficult construction. [Features] - Internal water pressure resistance - Corrosion resistance - Long-distance and sharp curve propulsion compatibility - Wear resistance - Salt damage resistance, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
